  2.     NoiseMaster 2.01 from New Noise

  4. NoiseMaster 2.01 is a shareware sample-editor for Windows, written by 
  5. Alwin Hoogerdijk of New Noise. It supports samples in the Windows Wave format 
  6. (.WAV), the Creative Voice format (.VOC) and RAW samples. It has multiple
  7. resizable sample windows, a toolbar for quick access of often used commands,
  8. manual in help file format and lots of edit and effect commands.
